Who Is This Course For?

Practitioners who have completed foundation dermal filler training and are confident treating the perioral zone lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and are ready to progress into structural mid-face and lower-face work.

Aesthetic practitioners who have been performing foundation filler for a minimum of three to six months and have built a caseload of real client treatments before attending.

Those who want to add cheek volumisation, jawline definition, chin projection, tear trough correction or non-surgical rhinoplasty to their treatment menu all covered in this course.

Practitioners who have completed cannula foundation training and want supervised advanced practice using cannula in complex facial zones.

Anyone whose current filler practice is limited to the mouth area and wants to offer full-face injectable consultations and treatment programmes.
This is an advanced course for qualified injectable practitioners not an introduction to dermal fillers. If you are brand new to dermal fillers, this is not your starting point. Entry Requirements for Advanced Dermal Filler

Actively practising you must have treated real clients post-foundation training before attending this course. Experience matters more than time elapsed.

Valid Level 3 First Aid certificate (First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, or equivalent including BLS with AED and Anaphylaxis management)

Working knowledge of facial anatomy at foundation level. Advanced facial anatomy is taught and expanded in this course, but the basics are assumed.

1. Advanced Facial Anatomy for Injectable Practice
In-depth understanding of facial anatomy, vascular structures and danger zones, and how anatomy relates to filler placement.
2. Needle vs Cannula - Selecting the Right Approach
When to use a needle versus a cannula, based on the treatment area and vascular risk.
3. Complication Recognition and Management
Recognising and handling complications such as vascular occlusion, necrosis and migration, including hyaluronidase protocols.
4. Client Consultation for Advanced Filler
Develop a structured approach to facial assessment, treatment planning and expectation management. Learn how to assess asymmetry, facial structure and skin quality while maintaining clear clinical documentation.

On the Day - What to Expect
This is a one-day intensive course combining morning theory and afternoon live model practice. Numbers are kept small to ensure every delegate gets meaningful hands-on treatment time.
Morning - Theory and Anatomy
Advanced anatomy walkthrough, treatment protocols for all areas covered, needle and cannula technique review, complication management session. Interactive Laura covers real cases, clinical scenarios and the questions practitioners most commonly face when they move beyond foundation treatment zones.
Afternoon - Live Model Practice
Supervised treatment of live models across the treatment areas covered in theory. Laura observes, gives real-time clinical feedback and ensures every delegate leaves with hands-on experience, not just observed demonstrations. The ratio of models to delegates is kept low to maximise your practical time.
On Completion
CPD certificate issued on the day. Clinical notes and reference materials provided. Post-course support from Laura for questions that arise when you begin performing these treatments in your own clinic.
