Who Is This Course For?
-
Experienced aesthetic practitioners who have completed advanced dermal filler training including mid-face, lower-face and cannula work and are now ready to specialise in the nasal area
-
Practitioners with a minimum of six months of active post-foundation injectable experience and a genuine client caseload course attendance without clinical experience does not prepare you for NSR
-
Those who are cannula-trained and comfortable with both needle and cannula approaches in complex facial zones NSR technique uses both, and the clinical decision between them is anatomy-dependent
-
Practitioners who have been offered or requested NSR by clients and want the formal training, anatomy knowledge and complication management capability before they begin performing it
-
Advanced injectors who want to add a high-margin, high-demand specialist treatment to their service menu with the clinical grounding to deliver it safely and consistently

If you have completed only foundation filler training, this is not your next step. Attend LBL Academy's Advanced Dermal Filler CPD course first then return for NSR.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty sits at the advanced end of the injectable spectrum. The entry standard reflects that.

What This Course Covers
1. Nasal Anatomy for Filler Injection The Detail That Matters
Nasal Anatomy for Filler Injection – Detailed nasal vascular anatomy (dorsal, lateral and columellar arteries), their connection to the ophthalmic circulation, and the soft tissue/cartilage layers relevant to filler placement.
2. Client Selection - Who Is and Is Not Suitable
Assessing nasal morphology, skin thickness and contraindications (prior rhinoplasty, septal deviation), and managing clients whose expectations exceed what filler can achieve.
3. Nasal Assessment and Treatment Planning
Systematic assessment of nasal angles and proportions, planning for common presentations (dorsal hump, tip correction, bridge straightening), and standardised pre-treatment photography.
4. Vascular Occlusion — Recognition and Emergency Response
Identifying early signs of ischaemia, hyaluronidase emergency protocol, and the nasal-ophthalmic pathway linked to visual complications.
5. Injection Technique - Needle and Cannula Protocols
-
Dorsal work (hump camouflage, bridge refinement)
-
Tip work (projection and refinement with volume restraint)
-
Cannula technique and when it's preferred
-
Tear trough correction
-
Product selection (firm, cohesive HA fillers for structural support)
6. Managing Common NSR Outcomes and Complications
Handling filler migration, nodules, swelling, asymmetry, and safe hyaluronidase dissolving technique in the nasal area.
On the Day - Course Format
This is a one-day specialist masterclass. Numbers are deliberately small NSR training with large groups produces observers, not practitioners.
Morning - Anatomy, Assessment and Technique
Nasal anatomy in clinical detail, client selection workshop, treatment planning for real case presentations, injection technique for each nasal zone, product selection rationale, complication management and emergency response. Interactive throughout Laura works through real clinical scenarios and common NSR
Afternoon - Live Model Practice
Supervised treatment of live models across the treatment areas covered in theory. Laura observes, gives real-time clinical feedback and ensures every delegate leaves with hands-on experience, not just observed demonstrations. The ratio of models to delegates is kept low to maximise your practical time.
On Completion
CPD certificate issued on the day. Clinical notes and reference materials provided. Post-course support from Laura for questions that arise when you begin performing these treatments in your own clinic.
