What This Course Covers
1. The Science of Lemon Bottle - What It Actually Does
Lemon Bottle is a combination of Riboflavin (breaks down fat), Lecithin (disrupts cell membranes) and Bromelain (anti-inflammatory), which together accelerate natural lipolysis.
2. Lemon Bottle vs Aqualyx - The Clinical Difference
Aqualyx uses deoxycholic acid to cause cell lysis (resulting in more swelling and requiring lidocaine); Lemon Bottle is less inflammatory, requires no lidocaine, and sessions can be spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
3. Why No Lidocaine — The Science
Lemon Bottle works through an intracellular process, so lidocaine is not required — this is also why it does not require a prescription.
4. Treatment Areas - Zone-by-Zone Protocol
Submental area (double chin), jowls, bra/back fat, abdominal fat, thighs and arms — each zone has its own injection mapping and depth requirements.
5. The "24-Hour Results" Claim - What It Actually Means
Early visible change is real but is due to lymphatic clearance and swelling reduction, not fat loss; full results appear at 6–8 weeks — it's essential to set this timeline expectation with clients.
6. Post-Treatment Swelling - Biology and Client Management
Visible change in the first 24 hours is real, but it comes from lymphatic clearance and reduced swelling, not actual fat loss — full results only become visible at 6–8 weeks. Setting this timeline clearly with clients at consultation prevents disappointment and repeat, unnecessary early treatments.
7. Complications - Recognition and Management
Swelling peaks at 24–48 hours and resolves within 3–7 days; lymphatic drainage massage speeds up recovery; clients should avoid exercise, alcohol and heat during this period.
On the Day - Course Format
One structured training day theory establishes the clinical foundation before live practice.
Morning - Science, Protocols and Consultation
Lipolysis mechanism and ingredient science, Lemon Bottle versus Aqualyx clinical comparison, zone-by-zone injection protocols and dosage framework, the "24-hour results" expectation-setting conversation, post-treatment management including lymphatic drainage, contraindication framework including the BMI assessment conversation, complication recognition and prevention. Interactive throughout real consultation scenarios, client objection management and the clinical decisions that determine whether fat dissolving produces consistent results.
Afternoon - Live Model Practice

Every delegate performs the full consultation, injection mapping, treatment delivery and post-treatment assessment under Laura's direct supervision. Real-time feedback on injection depth, point spacing, aspiration technique and client management. You leave having treated a real client, with the clinical confidence to replicate the protocol in your own practice.
